Who we are
Beakforce is a managed white-label community platform operated by Brilliant IT Solutions LLC ("Beakforce", "we"). This policy explains what we collect on beakforce.com and what we do with it.
It applies to this website only. Communities we operate for customers have their own privacy policies, set by the customer who runs them.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, website, community type, expected community size, your message, and the language you were browsing in. We receive it only when you choose to send it.
The site sets no cookies. It stores two small preferences in your browser's local storage - the mascot you picked and the demo language - and those never leave your device.
We measure site usage with Plausible Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool: aggregate counts of pages and interactions, with no cookies, no personal identifiers, and no cross-site tracking.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
Contact form details are used for one thing: reading your message and replying to it. No unrequested newsletters, no marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (email delivery), and the site is hosted by Netlify. Both act as processors on our behalf and may process data in the United States under their own safeguards. Aggregate usage statistics are processed by Plausible Analytics in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and for reasonable business records afterwards. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live - including under the GDPR - you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to our use of it. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not quietly repurpose data collected under an older version.
